Supercharger or 2zz swap?

I have a 2004 celica gt. Im not looking to make it into a race car...but I would like to add more pep to its step if you know what I mean. I researched around and found that s/c my celica gt would just add up to what the gts would have about a buck eighty horses. So I was wondering what would be more economical, swapping engines from a 1zz motor to a 2zz? Or supercharging my engine? I believe that both would run the same about 4-5 grand. I live in Sacramento, CA. so any tips on any good, reputable shops would be great as well. Thanks!!

for the sakes that it would be easier.... just supercharge it.... funny thing is 1zz motors have a pre-proggrammed setting for the trd supercharger... so if your pushing no more than 6psi of boost you should be fine..... either would be gas efficient to a point lol.... you wouldnt be getting any less than 32 mpg with either......
