Thinking of buying '97 celica

Hey, i currently own a 05 tacoma but im lookng at a 1997 celica for my gf since her saturn isnt doing to good. The celica has 130,000 miles. Its a 5 speed convertible gt. I know the guy and he says its been taken care of, brand new tires, front struts, and new rag top. He's asking $4,600 but i got him down to $4,000. Do ya'll think thats a good price? its about right with the bluebook value. Thanks

I have been looking for one year over a year and I would say this is a great deal if it runs well and looks OK. I just bought a 96 convertible for $4K and it needs a little work, but Colorado is not the market Florida is.

Private seller market value according to Kelly Blue Book is $4560.00 for one in good condition.
Sounds like a good deal to me.Especially with those new items installed. I bet that top was around $1500-$2K.
