2000 Celica GTS-Whiney Engine Noise and Sunroof Rattle

I have a 2000 Toyota Celica GT-S with 35,000 miles. On cold start-up, my engine emits a very high pitched whiney (squealing-like) noise. It sounds like a belt of some kind. It eventually quiets down to a low whine when it gets warmer but the initial noise is very high and almost like nails on a chalkboard. Could this be my timing belt or fan belt?

Also, regarding my sunroof: when it's open, either partially up or all the way back, it rattles. I believe it might be the "arm" of the sunroof but I can't determine exactly what it is as it only happens when I'm driving so I can't pinpoint the exact area. Anybody ever have this happen with their sunroof or know what it might be?

Thanks for all your help!

yes, get a new acc belt for the car. fyi, your engine has no timing belt, rather, it has a timing chain.
