Strut Mounts

My 97 celicas strut mount is bad on the rear passenger, i had to order the mount but im just replacing the one. Should i replace both or wait for the other one to go out. The front has already been replaced by the previous owner. Thanks

Its a good idea to replace both, if you have the time and the mount then yeah especially if the other is in similar shape.

Then again, I have one new mount and one old up front on my celica. I thought it was the issue but I found it to be something else so I just replaced the mount since I had it to make sure, but just figured screw it and left the other side be. (as a side note for anyone, make sure you have the gland nut on top of the strut housing tight if you have strut cartridges, one of mine wiggled loose after I did a strut job and it sounds just like a strut mount goig out)
