That's your oil pressure switch, if you disconnect it your oil light will stay on constantly... but it's not essential to engine operation.

how come some of the 5SFE cylinder heads i see on ebay doesn't have that sensor or drill hoe on that spot?..?.. for that sensor is that actually a sensor where it's drill into the head or just like a screw where it just screws in?...

I did a quick eBay search and didn't find many sellers that listed a picture of the exhaust side of the head, but I found a few that did and the hole for the sensor is exactly where it should be, the sensor just screws into that hole.

You can see it in this seller's picture:

5SFE Oil pressure switch info

The oil pressure switch hole in the front of the block is threaded and the switch is very easy to remove/replace. This switch is also notorious for leaking internally between the plastic on top and the top hexagonal thin metal part. If oil is collecting on the bottom edge of this thin metal hexagonal piece, replace the switch with a new one. They're pretty cheap at any auto parts dealer. Reinstall using teflon tape wrapped two times around the threads. Check manual for torque specs if you're expecially picky but normally, the switch can be tightened down "extra-snug" and should not leak.
