HELP for putting a 4a head on a 7a block?

Could anyone give me advice for putting a 4a head on a 7a block?
alright i have a 94 st with a 7afe motor.. that im looking to rebuild the motor and swap the head for either a 4age or a 4agze.

one thing i was wondering is what specific head to look for (out of what car).

also wondering a place to find an exhaust for a st
as well as a good tranny i could swap out as well.

Ive been doing some research, and i found i should use a 4age or 4agze head out of a 88 89 supercharged mr2..... is this true?

And I do plan on a supercharger, bigger injectors, rods, camshaft, bearing, rings, and borring out probably .5-1.5mm.
also heard that i need 4agze pistons.. is this true either?
