Information for Celica ST

Hello

I would like to have some information of my toyota.

I made a business with the owner of the vehicle, and bought this Toyota Celica ST of 1973.

Information:

- What is the engine power?
- What is the maximum speed of it?
- What are the mechanical problems that usually take?

I can not find the manual for owners of these vehicle, so I'm looking for him.

Someone here in the forum, know or have any friends who can get me the owners manual of Toyota Celica ST of 1973, in documentation in PDF or JPG.

Or even the GT of 1974, a colleague of mine has a GT and is looking for.

Regards to all

Well, you could check my website.

http://members.iinet.net.au/~stepho/gtspecs.htm

I also have the engine manual, factory repair manual, various brochures, etc...
http://members.iinet.net.au/~stepho/...ta/T%20engine/
I also have many more manuals, brochures, etc that I haven't scanned yet.

Also, the Classic-Celica forum specialises in the RWD Celica and covers many countries.

A 1973 Celica ST for Portugal should be the TA22 with 2T-B engine with 113hp.
Your friend's 1974 GT would be a TA22 with a 2T-G with 124hp.

Problems are the same as any other 30 year old car (ie nothing particular to the Celica).
- rust in lower panels
- worn mechanical parts (piston rings, gearbox synchros, etc).
- faded trim
- worn suspension bushings

I have a 1977 RA28 liftback.
It shares many parts with your car.

Thank you very much Stepho

This website is excellent, I have almost all the information I need.

But I still wanted an owner's manual, the manual that came with the car.

If you have a manual you could send those to me, if it is already scanned.

thanks

I've got all sorts of repair manuals but sadly no owner's manuals.
It seems to be the first thing that people throw away
I've seen them occasionally come up on Ebay but other things have always taken priority at the time.

Try autolit.com
He seems to have everything else you could think of - for a price.
