Hello all. I recently picked myself up a 2000 gts 6-Speed. Has 137k Great condition inside and out, picked it up for $1k, with one little problem... It has a rod hanging out the oil pan. Picked myself up a 2ZZ from an 03 Vibe, Currently in the process of getting it swapped over. If I have time, Im hoping to have it completed by next week. Well, On to the pics......

Took the valve cover off the old engine for $hits and giggles, and what do you know.... Had sheared lift bolts.

I assume you re-used your 01 head or did the 03 not have air injection?
The 03 did not have air injection.
