What does "rep the motor" mean?

What panel exactly do you want to remove? The entire sunroof sliding panel assembly? The headliner panel? The switch cover / access to the motor and relay panel?

What kind of electrical testing have you already done regarding the motor, control switches, and relay? Do you have electrial testing capability?

I have heard of a control relay failure on these setups. A new one from Toyota costs around $500. I found one in a salvage yard for someone looking for one in Hawaii, which turned out to fix his problem. If you electrically diagnose the control relay and find it does not test out properly, I would advise you look for one from a nearby salvage yard - as I think this simple control relay is a bit cost prohibitive.

OK, you hear the relay clicking - do you hear the motor groaning or at least trying to move? Does the tilt up function work? Does the slide back feature work? Either or both?

What does "testing = red wire blue wire cut" mean?

I'm sorry, but we are on different playing fields, aren't we?

My question was related to what you hear. You said you here the sunroof control relay clicking. Do you hear any noise coming from the motor as if it is trying to move, but is stalling out? Have you ever heard a motor that was held in a stall situation...it tries to turn, hums all the time, but it just can't break free and start turning? That is the kind of sound I'm asking if you are hearing, beside the control relay clicking.

Do you?
