For those who like electrical puzzles 2000 Celica

Ok I really need the brains of everyone I can find to solve this one.
2000 Toy Celica The Air condition light will not come on and it won't activate the A/C system.
And The fuel guage, coolant temp will not illumiate and tachometer will not function.

I can pull the dash cluster unplug it with the car running and plug it directly back in and WOW everything works ( A/C, Fuel Guage, Coolant Temp, and Tach )

Now I can turn the car off and on several times and all still works.
Turn the car off for a half hour, then restart and nothing functions.

I have checked all the pins and connectors to the cluster and everything is fine
Does anyone have any ideas, cluster circuit board???? Accessory control module???

I don't want to just throw parts at this thing since the computer and or the dash cluster board are so expensive..

Any ideas are welcome

has anyone messed with the interior lights in the dash at all? there is a small component that grounds a few things inside the cluster which has to do with a bunch of those parts. post this up on newcelica, someone will know
