I am looking for a "low rumble" muffler or something compatible. My great state of Massachusetts thinks my 93 GTS is too loud. I even placed silencers in the pipes!!! So, I guess what I am looking for is something that is more towards the quiet side but with a low bass rumble and a sporty look. I don't want to play the game of changing the exhaust every time I go for my yearly inspection. Any help would sure be appreciated. Thanx in advance.

Magnaflow and Vibrant mufflers have a nice low sound. I have a matte black Vibrant muffler now and I love it. It has a nice sound and most people don't even know its not a stock muffler b/c of its looks, so that might work well with your cop problem.

your advice will do the trick. Funny thing is that the cops don't have a problem with my car, only the state inspection regs screw me. I even had a CT cop pull me over for talking on a cell while driving and he said nothing about my car being too loud at all. Thanks again.
