Gen5 Brothers! i need help

hello all, i've started having trouble with the 4ws in my 89 st183 (GT-R). as far as i can see it's works, all 4 wheels move, but the back are moving with the front, like it's stuck in fast mode and doesn't even know about slow mode, the 4ws light comes on at 45kmh and even before that the wheels still move with the front.

for turning left as in example
\ \
\ \ this is what is happening under 45kmh

\ \
/ / it should be this under 45kmh

sorry for the crude diagram
this happens even when the car isn't moving.

nothing i can do has helped, no button pressing or tweaking this or that. I've replaced the 4ws speed sensor but this hasn't help it, how much would it take to get a complete 4ws system, main motors, back up motor etc

or is there a cheaper way to fix this issue and please no prelude info, sick of seeing that all over the net

Replace the rear with the parts off of a non 4WS vehicle. Not what you want to hear, but the 4WS system goes bonkers after so long, and is too expensive to replace. Those cars weren't offered in the NADM market, and as such, not a lot of us have any experience with them. Australia and New Zealand know a bit more about them, and it is my understanding they swap them out to the non 4WS version too.
