USA 2000 celica gts worth the time and money?

Hey guys i was wondering what you could tell me about this car i found. it looks like im selling my Camry...=( i will be getting 6-7000 for it and iwas looking in to this celica...

i was going to talk him down hopefully getting the car for 2000 or less then ether rebuilding or replacing the engine.

so i guess what im asking is it worth the time and with my money that i would have left over...can i rebuild it with about 4-5000 bucks?

not much to comment on the tiburon- they are pretty decent cars, but under powered for what they are

but for the celi- you should be able to pick up a motor for around 1K or less and just drop that in and you'll be good

if anything, I'd worry about the quality of that paint job as well
