If the rest of the car is in good shape, I'd say thats a pretty good price. The clutch problem sounds like the clutch master cylinder but I could be mistaken. As for the oil leak, if its on the side of the block, the only thing it can really be would be the valve cover gasket which is no big deal. If its on the front on the block (meaning timing cover side, so on the passenger side of the car by the strut tower) it could only be the valve cover gasket or camshaft seal, which, you would only see likely dripping out the bottom of the timing cover.

I didnt even think about that master cylinder that would be a really easy fix and i looked up the valve cover seal and it was only like 20 bucks so thats a pretty cheap fix as well i really am hoping thats all that it is

as for the body its in one piece its got som dents which i think are from the hail storm that came threw not to long ago and the paint has seen its better days but i dont like red any ways im thinking a dark metalic green would look good on it

and im going to test drive it at noon so it will be fun
