2000 Celica Left Lower Control arm removal

Hello,

Any suggestions would be great. I am needing to replace a bent drivers side lower control arm, but it looks to me the 'front most' control arm to frame bolt is situated right next to the auto transmission! How can I snake this bolt out? Do I really have to raise the engine/tran up to clear this bolt on the control arm?

Thanks for any help?
