Strange, I answered this a few days ago but the answer disappeared.

Sounds like the fuel pump relay is working okay,
Could be one of:
- the wiring between the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay,
- the fuel pump ground connection to the bidy (often gets rusty, which blocks electricity),
- the fuel pump itself is dead (very rare)
- the filter in the tank is blocked.
Run some wire from the battery to the fuel pump (bypassing the relay).
If it works then it is a bad wire or connection from the relay.
Clean the ground connection.
Remove the in-tank filter and clean.
I can step you through disassembling the rear cargo decking and removing the filter
