1992 ECU Unit

Can someone tell me where the ECU unit on a 92 Gt would be located? I purchased a keylees entry fob and to program it I need to find this unit and reset it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Mike

You are going to have to remove the center console to get to it. It is right under it. As far as your service records, you may have to ask a dealer in your area. Reason being is because you are in a different region and I don't think that my system will pick it up. But, if you want to PM me your VIN, I'll give it a shot.

Actually, you don't have to remove the center console. The ECU is located well forward, just about where the accelerator pedal would be as far as location relative to the center console. If you pull your carpeting back and away from the center console where your accelerator pedal is, you will see your ECU. You can do the same on the passenger side.
