okay so i set the alarm on the car and i unlocked the doors with the key why does the alarm sound when i open the door?

did they have the option of keyless entry in 88? and if so where can i get a new keypad made?

I have no idea bro. All I know is that when my parents had my car back in the day the alarm would malfunction. Probably because some loud truck or car would drive by and it would just panic, so they disconnected the wire and alarm. I don't know what the deal is with the Celica alarms, except the fact that it's probably way to sensitive.

nice mine has an on/off switch and it also has a switch to chang the motion sensor or something and it has low/off/high setting i just wana know why it goes off when i unlock it with thekey
