Arrow Need A Quick Answer

Alright this is my story,

I have a 2000 Toyota Celica GT. Since I bought the car, it would hesitate, rough idle, and when I floor it or push the gas somewhat fast off a stop it would sound like it hiccuped then it would slowly accelerate. I changed the spark plugs, air filter. I recently got a Check Engine Light and went to autozone to diagnose it. They all came out with Oxygen Sensor and rich fuel. I then cleaned my Mass Airflow Sensor and that didn't help. So what do you think it is? Bad Cat converter, O2 sensor? Both? Thanks Guys. Any input would be awesome

Try testing and replacing the oxygen sensor first. If it's bad then it'll definitely cause problems with the air/fuel ratio. Plus the diagnosis test has determined that as a cause too. If you've got a repair manual, check the specified voltage that sensor is meant to operate at and then test it with a digital multimeter. If the voltage is different to the numbers specified, then replace the sensor.
