Gen6 95 Celica GT Jerks after shifting

Hey,
I'm new to this forum but wanted to know if you guys could help. I have a 95 Celica GT that's a manual transmission. The problem is sometimes after I'm done shifting, foot completely off the clutch, the car will jerk for a second after I press harder on the accelerator pedal. I can be pushing down on the accelerator pedal a little bit, but more than 25% and it'll jerk and than go back to normal.

Thanks for reading this and I'll appreciate any help I get.

Pretty hard one to guess with that description but I'd check the engine mounts first. If one has failed, the engine can literally lift up and then slam back down when you shift... easily causing a jerking motion.
