Please see pics... valve timing

I've never done a timing belt before and i'm working on my friends' 94 celica gt. I just put the timing belt on and making sure the crank and cam marks line up. Please see the pics to see if the marks look good enough to put everything back on.

below it looks like it's almost in between the 0 and 5 (but closer to 0)


from a different angle, it looks almost under the 0



below you can see the cam notch is aligned perfectly



what do you guys think?? I've already let the tensioner pulley loose to apply tension and re-tightened it. should i just rotate a few times clockwise and see if they're still aligned or what? Thanks in advance

ok, i think there is something wrong. i believe there is not enough tension between the water pump pulley and the cam pulley. redoing now...

After bolting down the tensioner and making the belt very, very tight, turn the crankshaft 2 whole revolutuions back to zero and see if all the marks realign.
