Gen5 91 celica gt: how do you swap the atf fluid?

Just bought another celica this month, it's an automatic. The car's got 410k km, but it runs smooth. I'd like to change the atf fluid. Is it as simple as draining the engine oil, or do I have to take it to some place that flushes it?

What type of fluid should I use? Synthetic or dino? Manuals specifies dexron II or III. How about the atf from the dealer, anything special there?

What type of transmission is in the car anyway? I know it's got a camry 5sfe engine, is the transmission from the camry as well?
