Gen6 1994 Celica GT Whole Bunch of Problems

Hello,
I've been trying to fix up my car for ages, and I'm a super beginner at most of it. If you can help with any of these problems, could you please be very precise? Thanks so much!

The car has a whole host of problems, so I'm just going to list them:

-Recently I had an aftermarket alarm system removed, and since I got the car back from the shop, the air vent to the left of the steering wheel doesn't work at all. I'd rather not remove the whole dash to fix this.

-There is a low, loud humming noise coming from the front driver's side of the car on occasion while driving.

-The driver's side window won't budge. There are none of the characteristic sounds of a motor moving at all when you hit the switch.

-The moonroof will move intermittently, there is a grinding sound whenever you hit the button.

-The car also has an aftermarket audio system, and you can hear what I think is engine noise coming through the speakers. There is a strange purring sound that increases in pitch if you hit the accelerator.

I have a Hayne's manual for the car which claims to apply to the year I have, but, for the most part, nothing in the manual corresponds to my actual car. I've been searching google like mad trying to fix these problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, that may be the only way to fix that.

Check your tires for uneven wear. In which case, you may need balancing and /or alignment.
Another possibilty is a bad wheel bearing.

I would check for a blown fuse 1st. if not that, then theres a short or the motor is completely shot.

Motor could be going out or maybe roof is off track.

Stereo may not be adequetly grounded . Check.
If it is, then start using resistor type spark plugs.

Thanks. I appreciate you taking the time. In regard to the window, i know for sure that all the fuses are fine. How do you tell which is the ground wire for the stereo? Sorry, like I said, I'm a n00b. Also, how do you tell if the moonroof is off track or the motor is dying?

There should be a black wire behind your stereo connected to some metal back there.

You need a MultiTester and the electrical specs to test the rest.
