3S-GTE Oil Pump

Here's the story: I'm doing a timing belt change on a 2nd gen 3S-GTE, and figured I'd spin the oil pump since the engine hasn't been run in a while. I could hear oil moving around, but none reached the cams up top, as the speed was slower than idle. I then noticed oil coming out of the hole near the crankshaft as shown in the picture. That hole normally has a retainer pin/bolt thing screwed into it for the timing belt, but was removed to change the belt.

So I'm wondering if I blew a seal doing this, or if this is normal with that pin removed. Any ideas?

That pin has nothing to do with the front oil seal. Not sure why you had to remove it to change a timing belt. You shouldn't have to.
If you've got a leak there, you should go ahead and replace the pump while you have it apart.
These guys on Ebay have new ones for about $60.00. I bought one from them last year when I replaced the one on my MR2.
