Have your starter tested. O'Reillys' , Pepboys,Advance , all do it for free.

When you turn the key does nothing happen at all? I just replaced the distributor on my '94 Celica, the engine would crank but wouldnt fire. If the engine cranks but doesnt fire its probably a prob in the ignition system, i.e. plugs, wires, cap, rotor. But if it doesnt even crank then I would agree its probably the starter, possibly a fuse or relay if you are lucky And always check for worn wires and bad connections. Starter may test fine but may not be getting necessary power when in your car.
