Sorry, you're link is and will not be good. Those guys were spamming this site relentlessly. We had to ban their very name because it was so bad.
The ECU can only be slightly reprogrammed and I wouldn't do that without a dyno.
Save your money. Real HP costs money.
A good start would be to unrestrict the air flow via CAI and the unrestrict exhaust flow with a header and a freer flowing exhaust system, eg; magnaflow, borla, etc.
You may see 10-15 HP increase plus better throttle response. Something you can definitely notice and feel.
Those chips don't work and are worthless. A waste of time and money.

I was thinking about upgrading my cam to stage 1 crower cams but ill have to do some more research on them. im just really confused about the whole chip idea because every reccomends them/ talks about them.

A header would make a noticeable difference . Cams are a good mod, but you really need more fuel and/or modify injector duty to get the most out of them.

As far chips, I have yet to see someone show, thru a Dyno test, any real gains.
A friend of mine bought for his V6 Acura. He was greatly disappointed. Saw no performance changes whatsoever..

thanks for the advice/help its greatly appreciated. i have one more question that everyone i talked to never knew the answer, after i installed my CAI it seemed as though i lost some torque, is that because im now pushing in more air than fuel? and if so would performance injectors even the ratio?

What type air filter are you using?

I have the air filter that came with the CAI kit which is AEM. Could it be the location of the filter? Because it ended up being placed in my from bumper, and i do have the trd front bumper

A cone filter?
The longer tubing may have reduced the air velocity and reduced your torque alittle.

oh ok i see, yes it is a cone filter. Is there any way to fix the air velocity, or is just a slight downfall to the long tube vs. short?

Sorry, the 1ZZ-FED and header...nah. Most are more or less a shiny copy of whats already on there. Take the factory part and clean up the weld overruns at the flange and the extra weld at the collector, its a pretty well designed manifold already.

Intake will net you a small gain that's within the variance of a dyno run. the 1ZZ-FED is pretty much already 'there' from the factory in terms of reliable power output. You can crack it open, port it, shove in some fatter cams, better pistons/rods and run a standalone and higher octane fuel and get some more out of it without forced induction...but cheap power...its already well tuned right from toyota.
