Keep in mind you'll have to do a lot of research. You currently have a 7AFE engine, and other A series engine with swap in using the same mounts and transmission, but will still require a wiring harness and ECU swap as well. You can also swap to S series engines, but much more work is required, a mount has to be moved as well as needing a different trans, axles, etc on top of the engine, harness and ECU, but I have seen it outlined in good detail on celicatech (4AFE -> 3SGTE IIRC). The most popular by far is the 3SGTE swap, but 4AGZE, 4AGE (16v & 20v), 3SGE, 3VZFE, and 1MZFE have all been done as well as hybrid engines, such as 7AGE, 5SGTE etc.

That should just about cover all the bases.

Wait so what you are saying is that I cant just get on a forum and have everything spoon fed to me

Rob is correct those are some of the swaps, many people have also done v6 swaps. The best bang for your buck w/o the need for welding is an A series motor direct bolt up, but ou still need a wiring harness.
As for the trans for a 3sgte you can just use the trans from a 5sfe(ie 90-99 celica gt,camry, exe). With an A series motor you can get a 6speed trans (imo is better).

Also your best bet is 6gc.net for any other Q's they cover the 94-99 celica only!
