94 celica gt timing questions

I just picked up a 94 celica gt, doesnt run. checked the timing belt found it was off. first question, is this an interference motor? second question. what components should i replace while im in there. Im new to toyotas, but i know DSM's pretty well.

It is non interference, so it'll be ok.

While you're in there, it'd be a good idea to replace the water pump, the timing belt components, cam and crank seals as well.

It's just standard procedure.
If the motor has more than 100k miles, I'd check valve clearances while I was in there also.
