Gen6 St204 rear sway bar diameter?

I have looked all over and I cannot find the size of the stock sway bar in the rear of my 6gc st204. I'm looking to put energy suspension universal bushings in and the only size I can get is from the rusted part. Looks like 17mm. Is that true?

Well for my st184 it was 17mm in the rear but the 204s may have come with several sizes like the 184s did. I just used a caliper to measure mine

The problem is that right near the bushings is rust and I've been too lazy to jack it up to check. I checked with one before in the parking lot and got 17mm near the bend but idk if that is smaller or not.

I have what would be the GT-S package in the gt for 6g. It has the tighter suspension, mag rims, front strut bar, and the racing seats. So idk if that makes a difference. Idk why they didn't classify it like they did for earlier years and the years after. Reminds me of my 4th gen camry. Performance parts for earlier gens and late gens but they neglected one generation.

Sorry was rambling.

Measure where the bar is straight or it will come out as a skewed size. Actually with my 5th gen, even lowered, I can still climb under the rear bumper rather easily.

I'll have to climb under my next day off. Problem is that I don't have a caliper. So I guess I'll have to use a c-clamp and just measure with a ruler lol.

On my Gen4, the OEM sway bar bushing had a big "24" (mm) molded into it.
See if yours has the number anywhere.

It is a 15mm sway bar, dont waste money on just bushings, the thicker rear sway bar is the way to go

Or drop a bit of cash and get some ST sway bars, front is 24mm, and rear is 22mm.

Thicker sway bar will come after I do the suspension. Just trying to fix the issues at hand first. Just replaced the timing belt, tensioners and idlers, cam seal, crank seal, oil seal, alt belt, ps belt and cleaned lol. I had a massive front end leak.
