Water out the tail pipe is not necessary a bad thing. The reason the water is coming out is because of the exaust by the muffler is condensing the water vapor from your combustion. With complete combustion of gasoline the products are CO2 and H2O.

Maybe you have a severe rusting problem combined that is caused by a condensing problem near the catalitic converter and that would give you the color orange.

Refresh my memory what specific car do you have
year:
Trany: Manual or auto
Mods:
Model:
On a side note:
You are a lifeguard and you have a car that doesn't quite work.
Damn, thats why I lifeguarded and figured out that I needed a second real job as a machinist. How much do you make In houston lifeguarding?

nah when i took my head off the second time there was water in my cylinders and a piece of metal under my head gasket so it was leaking...but for your answers i have a 1990 5sfe gts with manual transmission there was short ram intake on it but i took it off...everything is stock...when i lifeguard full time which is only over the summer i work about 40 hour weeks and i make 7 an hour now...so i pull in a lil over a 1000 a month... i do that for about 4 months...then i find random jobs somewhere else.. like i just worked at cinemark a local motvie theatre here for a few months and i didnt even bring in a thousand..but i sitll live with my parents so i dont have to many exspenses.

i got all the parts i needed and it back together i got my idle down to 800!!! from 1400 there was, i believe coolant line to my head from my intake manifold..the big big metal one with the large nut on the end...yea it was only screwed on hand tight...but anyways so i went to time it last night and it will not reach 10 btd. the closest i could get was almost 15!!! with my distributer all the way down!! anyone know why this is happening? that and the power steering leak is all i have left to do with my car.. i am exspecting it to give me more power when timed right... oh yea did i mention yesterday i drove it just to see if i could find somethin else wrong with it...it wont go past 4500 rpms...it like chokes and it will drop back to 4000 like when you redline it and it cant go anymore...yea...that worries me. any ideas?
