If they've been sitting for a few years, I'd take a look at the tires, make sure they were dry rotted. Honestly it depends on the area too, in higher demand areas with decent tires and if the wheels are immaculate and tires are good/decent quality and have a good amount of life they could go for ~$350 or so. If the tires are shot expect a fair bit less.
Personally I'd put them on craigslist or in the classifieds on newcelica.org, maybe try for $300, see if you have any bites, just keep in mind, with little to no demand in your area, if that happens to be the case, you may have to take a hit on price some. If you do post on craigslist make sure to note the lug pattern, wheel size, tire size, and offset as anyone not replacing a set of wheels on a 2000+ celica would need to know this info.
