Check Engine Light code p0171 system too lean bank one

Can someone please help me, i scanned my check engine light and it came up with code p0171 system too lean bank one. Can someone tell me what i need to fix and how much it will cost?

Clean your MAF sensor. Brake parts cleaner is your friend. If not, check your fuel filter and replace if needed.

What model do you have OP?

If you're going to clean the MAF, actually use the stuff designed for it...

I'd check for vacuum leaks, as tech 1 suggested, any possible leaks around the intake manifold, or possibly an EGR diaphram could be stuck open. Unmetered air entering will be the most likely culprit. While the engine was running did you have any issues with drivability or any noticeable differences?
