trying to replace my 5spd in my 1988 celica gt. i have NO idea how to do it. if anyone could explain it and possibly include pictures. or direct me to somewhere that has the pics that would be great! the previous owner ran the tranny w/o oil in it

so now i'm left with a transmission that only goes in first gear 0.o

please help!

Do you have access to a hoist? You're gonna need enough clearance to get the tranny out.
The other way is to use a cherry picker to lift the front end of the car and slide out the tranny.
