Im going to have to say the fuel pump.

Next time you start the car in the morning just turn to the on position so all the accessories are on. You should hear the fuel pump prime. Its a very faint noise so listen carefully, turn off your radio the fan etc.

Then after you have driven it around to the point you know its not going to start again, turn the key to that on position and see if you can hear the fuel pump.

The fuel pump should be located under the rear seats. There should be a access area if you take out the seats. And you can do further testing from there like having a friend turn the key while you are right by the pump to see if you can feel are here the pump engage. Just dont put your hands on the electrical stuff.

Reasoning_
If there is a clog somewhere like the fuel filter, after running the pump will heat up it relies on the fuel to lubricate and cool it. If it is not getting cool then the resistance wont be in range to activate the again when its hot.
