Celica turbo computer?

HEY ALL! me and my firends are building a nuther turbo car this year, a 93 cellica with a 3SGE, basically we have all the parts and we are working on the engine in my garage right now on an engine stand. we are useing TT Supra injectors, MR2 turbo pistons, and a 1000HP billet crank shaft, 300HP XTR stage 3 clutch, and a stage 2 T3 turbo kit. sounds good so far, but what i wanna know has annyone else done a turbo conversion on this motor? have anny sugestions or snags you hit when you did so maybe we can avoid them? but what i really posted this thread for is to find out what computer we should use, we want to go with a megasquirt, obviously it would be the best way to go, but we dont want to pay a shop to program it for us, basically we want to put something in it that will make it run with the turbo and still make about 250-300HP.... so we thought about either useing a computer from a turbo MR2, or a the stock computer that comes out of the factory turbo celica, isnt it basically the same computer? anny turbo celica owners out ther we apreciate youre input so we can get a computer in ther and run the little sucker!!!
