There really isn't much availale for the 5SFE other than cams and the usual bolt ons. For the money it takes it get much of anything from the 5S, it's usually more cost effective to swap to a 3SGTE.

Honestly the best way is to go with a front clip, but you'd still have to worry about the wiring. If you're not comfortable handling the wiring, you can always send your original wiring harness and the complete 3SGTE harness to Dr Tweak at Phoenix tuning. Since it is an S series engine the engine itself will bolt in, but you'll either have to use your transmission, modify the AWD trans, or the E153 trans.

It is highly documented on sites such as celicatech and I can't recommend research on this topic enough

as for the aftermarket tailights, there are none that i could find so I blacked them out.. The way to make sure it dont get you pulled over. Do light coats of the taillight paint at o reillys.. bout 15-20 LIGHT coats. then clear coat. they turn out great. and wont get you pulled over. just suggestion cause I hated the celica taillights and blacking them out makes em look a lot better in my opinion if you do it right

That alone will not prevent you from getting pulled over. Honestly it comes down to the police officer and frankly your luck. Having it not look terrible can help some I guess, but overall they still pose a risk. With yours being a 92, I like those with the orange turn signal section painted red. VHT now makes a nightshades in red, as well as using tamiya paint. I've wanted to do this for a while but I've since put effort into other things.
