Engine Knock issue

Alright so I got a 92 toyota Celica 2.2 5SFE recently and guy before did a head gasket.. well i started to work on the car. fix things here and there. well one issue I cam across was low compression.. 170 170 30 90.. so i was like ok the guy didnt do it right.. took it apart. foudn out valves were stuck open. So i ordered a remmaned cylinder head to put in and new head gaskte set etc.. replaced all gaskets that came with it.. Also put in remanned fuel injectors due to one leaking so i just replaced em all. new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, timing belt, followed the oem manual word for word to install and remove and timing is right. But I got it all back together and ran great. until my tps went out(replacing that soon). COmpression is now 180 across the board. But FInally getting to my issue. Sorry for long winded just wanted to get a bunch of information..

Now I got a knocking issue, Its quite aparent at idle/ low rpm.. solid sound, goes away at higher rpms, gets plenty of oil to cylinder head, started bout 150 miles after finishing. Im not sure where to start

thanks for any help in advance

is it fast or slow at idle? could be bottom end, if the top was that bad...what do you think the bottom is like? drop the oil pan and check inside. was there sludge in the head?

it is fast at idle. and very loud. but quiets as rpms climb. I have already dropped the pan(to replace the oil pan gasket cause it was leaking so all this was like one big project just so i wouldnt have to worry about it... but when I pulled the pan, I honestly was suprised.. it looked rebuilt the crosscut and everything looked new and oil pan and block looked clean as can be, hardly traces of sludge cept a lil here and there, but I mean very very VERY clean for a 200,000.. looks brand new inside. I have no idea what the guy before did. but the engine internals look very clean. and the cylinder head I had on there was very clean too.

checked oil pressure, its at 55-60.. so plenty on that aspect, pulled valve cover and can see plenty of oil going up.. also new symptom appeared as i tried to rev after valve cover back on. wont go over 3k rpms, double checked timing its all spot on, pulled cat to see fi it was clogged, that was not issue.. seems like soemthing is restricting hard! and knock is still very prominent
