92 Celica part identification help

New member, first time Celica owner. I recently purchased a 92 celica gt (5sfe automatic ) . The head had been removed to replace the gasket so it was taken apart when I got it. I had the head worked and have it almost completed when I find this rubber mount in the parts box that came with it. (pics below) I can't find where this goes. Have been searching all over the web, have a repair manual, and nothing. Can anyone clue me in on where this thing goes? It looks kind of important so I do not want to leave it off. LOL. It is probably obvious and I am just looking over it but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Love this site already!

The only place I've seen something like that was under the car, mounted on the bottom of the radiator core support. It should stick down through the splash guards near the very front. To be honest, I don't know what its called or really even what it does.

What it is, is a bump guard so that if you hit a bump it will prevent the oil pan from smacking the ground.

Another location for those is on the crossmember.

I figured it was something along those lines. Thanks, I was always curious about that.
