windshield wipers arent working.. where is the fuse and motor located?

hey.. i was stuck on traffic and the rain began.. i was unlucky because the windshield wipers were not working.. once i got home i checked the fused in the hood and under the dash, all of them look fine.. am i missing something? btw.. the car doesn't drop any water on the windshield if i press the button to do it.. any ideas?

My water doesn't shoot out either but check the fuses under the dash on the drivers side next to the fire wall. The motors for the wipers are where the wiper blades connect to. It's hopefully and most likey a fuse though. also I don't know why or if the fuse would be here but there are more hidden fuses on the passenger side of the car just after the door on right hand side where your feet go.

If you find the fuse to not be blown, test for voltage at the motor itself. If no voltage the switch or wiring is suspect. if you do have voltage but the motor is not turning then you will need a new motor.

As for the windshield washer fluid, listen for the pump. If you do hear the pump, check the level (obviously) and the lines that run underneath the hood. I have seen those deteriorated and puking washer fluid over the engine quite a few times.
