ATS Racing has a good kit for a decent price for the 5sfe.
The 5s has a great iron block, but the head is an "economy " head. Many have built the the 5s into the 5sgte, which is a beast. But be prepared to spend some bucks.

There isn't a kit per say, at least not one that is complete. You can pretty much use any turbo kit that bolts to a gen2 3sgte on your 5sfe. Depending on which turbo you choose you then need to put together a way to manage fuel and timing.

The simplest method is to use a ct-26 from a gen2 3sgte, 315cc injectors from a mkIII Supra, 2 bar map sensor from a gen2 3sgte and always keep it below 10psi. Since you have a rev1 5sfe without the knock system you will need to be able to pull some timing at certain points, specifically during the transition to boost in the low RPMs. A JS Safeguard will adjust it for you but they are expensive, you can use a smart piggyback like an SMT6 or Emanage to pull timing, or you can add extra fuel with a more basic piggyback to keep it from detonating. If you use a piggyback for fuel or timing you will need to have a Wideband and some kind of det can hooked up to hear knock, or take it to an tuning shop and have them do it. The drawbacks using a ct-26 is it will be a used turbo so who knows ho long it will last (I have never been able to find one is that good of condition) and you can never ever boost past 10psi for more then a few seconds without damaging your engine. All 5sftes need accurate boost gauges in plain view unless you have an stand alone engine management system. The ct-26 is too small a turbo for a 2.2 liter but it works to your advantage because it keeps the fuel delivery curve similar to a stock 5sfe.

Next step up you could use a ct-20b (again a used turbo) or ct-27 from ATS. They bolt on as the same as a ct-26. The difference is you should use injectors that are 360-400cc and your fuel tuning will become more critical so a piggyback or EMS is required. You also still need to pull timing at certain points or add extra fuel. The amount of boost you can run depends on the size of your injectors but 15psi will be the max because of the piston ring end gap. You can also use 460cc RX7 injectors but when idling and cruising it will always be rich because stock ECU can't adjust far enough to compensate for that large of injector even with a piggyback.

You can also use slightly bigger turbos but they will limit the amount of boost you will run even more. 15psi on a ct-26 is not the same as 15psi on a t3/t4. Larger turbos like that will probably limit you to 12-13psi but they will make more power up top. I wouldn't bother using anything bigger then a 50 trim t3/t4 or a TD-06 20G. Those will put power to high in the RPMs to be usable on a stock 5sfe.

Wow thanks for that description in your opinion along with the turbo what should I do to the 5s because I hate having no power an I've heard mixed reviews about everything from chipping motors to how much exhaust can give which is why I'm ordering a tdr full exhaust but what else would you advise

You will want a 2.5" exhaust and a downpipe to match. If you have to pass emissions where you are you also will need a CAT or use the stock 3sgte one. Also look at getting a good sized front mount intercooler. Knowing what is going on with your engine never hurts too so gauges are nice to have. I would get a wideband O2, boost, oil pressure and EGT if you can. If you are going to tune it yourself then a wideband that logs is also very handy.

Also as I have said in some other posts, if this is your daily driver you may want to hold off on boosting it. 5sftes take some time to work out the bugs and don't always go as you expect. If you rely on this car to get to work then you will be better of sticking with cams, header and exhaust. It won't give you nearly as much power but it makes the 5sfe come alive and is much more easily installed and maintained.
