91 Celica ST: Water Pump questions
hello folks,
I am trying to replace my waterpump on the 1991 celica ST. = 1.6L 4AFE engine.
1) Do all three timing belt covers need to come off? Because the one = bottom most one, seems to have the crankshaft bolt going through it (via the center of the pulley) and no where in the manual does it say to remove the crank shaft bolt in the pulley.
2) It is hard to see through the fenderwell but how many bolts are holding up the water pump?
3) Can someone point those bolts out?
4) Does the WAter pump's pulley need to come off also WHILE IT IS ON THE CAR or can the waterpump come out on its own, with thepulley and I can later take the pulley off once the pump is out?
5) Does the crankshaft pulley need to come off in order to replace the waterpump??? -- Do any of the pulleys need to comeoff???
Thank you,
