The Mystery Cut Out - No Spark

Well again my celly has died. I was driving down the road listening to some tunes when i noticed all of a sudden i had no throttle responce and when i turned down the music my engine had cut out. Well i tried to start it back up and it was a no go. I tested for spark and im gettting nothing, I replaced the main relay and the distributor. I have new plug wires and NGK spark plugs in and i have no idea what the problem could be. This is my main source of transportation so any leads would be amazing. I have a 91 Celica ST with the 1.6 4AFE.

Possible fuel pump, relay, or even timing belt broke. I would check to see if the distributor is actually turning when you crank the engine to verify that the timing belt is not broken.

Gen6

I went back and rechecked the timing belt and its good, i check the distributor rotor, cranked it, and checked it again and it is turning. I reset the ECU and still nothing, i even rechecked for spark using the old screwdriver in the plug wire and putting it up to something metal method and still, no spark.

alright well, turns out it is the IGN fuse located on the drivers side kinda by the clutch pedle. it just keeps blowing everytime i try and turn the car over. I guess there is a short or bad ground? I replaced the alternator and it was running then i parked turned it off got a soda and went to turn it back on and now every fuse i put in it just pops. Any thoughts?

Well after taking a look at the wiring diagram, I can only suspect really two things, either a short or bad ignition switch
