2001 Celica GT 1zz-fe no spark

So i replaced the head gasket and put everything back together. tried starting the car and no go... it turns and cranks smoothly, i thought it was the timing that was off but i went to talk to a mechanic and he said to check if i was getting any spark. so i took all 4 coil packs out along with the spark plugs, cranked and checked. no sparks, and i'm pretty sure that when i put everything back together i plugged up everything.

could i have missed a ground or something? please help, i need assistance and i dont want to bring it into a shop if i dont have to.

a side note: there were two nights it stormed, could that have affected the coil packs? i left them under the hood in the valve cover so i wouldnt mix the order up.

I would check your fuses and make sure the cam sensor (located on driver side of head) is plugged in and has a good positive connection. I would also check the oil baffle under the valve cover right by the oil fill hole, I have seen them get bent and cause a no start condition as the cam sensor hole is right next to it.
