Gen5 92 Celica ST. Fuel Pump help

I'd been suspecting that the fuel pump on the car was going bad recently, and yesterday when turning a corner the engine shut off and it won't start back up. At first it would turn over a couple times, but now there's nothing at all.
I've checked the timing belt, which is good, and I'm almost positive that there's no fuel getting to the engine. The problem is that I can't figure out where the fuel pump / relay is located. Can someone help me out?

check the timing belt again. Like literally check it that the covers over and pull, push, and see if you can slide it with a screw driver. Same thing happened to me and I thought it was the same stuff. Its more that 90% the timing belt from the symptoms. its really easy to replace just takes a little time getting the cover, alternator and harmonic balancer off "balancer uses special tools autozone or someone will loan you". keep in mind when you replace the timing belt you should change the Alternator, water pump, and timing belt. It will save you a lot of pain trust me I have to now change my water pump soon. remember check that belt really good I know for a fact it has to be that cause my car was running outside while i got ready to leave then I got in a that da,n car crapped out.... spents 2 weeks checking fuses and fuel systems like a retard... check the timing belt BUT not good enough a friend came over and showed me that it had snapped but look like it was on. Just look up a video of how to replace one or I can give you a step by step If you'd like.
