No lights when opening either door

Hey, I hope it's not excessive to post two threads in one day. I've been chasing this problem for a while: when I open either door none of the lights that are supposed to illuminate do (the red lights on the doors, the light around the ignition, the trunk light, and the door warning on the intrument cluster). However, when I open the trunk, all of the lights function as they should. (Except for the rear dome light, which doesn't work at all, whether it's switched to "on" or "door". I checked the bulb and even tried another dome light assembly from a junkyard. I'm not sure if this problem is related or not.) I've checked the DOME fuse and just for fun checked all the other fuses. I tested the door jamb courtesy switch thingies as well. I removed the integration relay and checked the continuity on the connector on the fuse box and it was as specified in the Toyota BGB. So that made me think the integration relay was bad, but replacing it doesn't solve my problem. I don't know where to go from here. Has anyone run into this before or have an idea about what could be wrong? Thanks!
