2000 GTS problems

Hey guys, i bought a 2000 Celica GTS about 3 months ago, dont get me wrong i love it. But im having a few problems with it, i know enough about auto repair to do the work myself, just not enough to diagnose what the exact problem would be.. I have a lot of questions also so this wont be a short read.. Lol

I know for a fact both of my O2 sensors are bad.. Where is the absolute cheapest place to buy those? Advance auto parts wants $103 each for them, so if i can find some in like the 60-80 range that would be perfect.

One of my belts is squeaking and im pretty sure its my serpentine belt. I took it off and checked it, and all the pullys and they seem fine, no cracks in the belt, no tears/rips/chips/cuts/nicks/whatever other word means "damaged". Its not even glazed over very much.
Should i buy a new one regardless considering they're only about 20 bucks?

On occasion when i start it, it'll idle at about 1700-2000 rpm for maybe 2 or 3 minutes then go back down to 800-1100, is this a huge problem or is it something to bypass for now?

Last question, this only happens when im idling. Ill hear a knocking sound, before i say anymore, i have already ruled out a rod knock. It sounds like metal hitting plastic, or plastic hitting plastic, not metal on metal and its not there all the time, only when im idling. When it starts making this knocking or clicking noise, if i lightly rev the engine it'll go away for about 20 minutes then start back up. I checked my radiator fan, its not clipping the edge of anything. It sounds like its coming from the top of the engine, like the intake manifold area.

Thanks guys!

clicking/tapping at idle is 'normal', just a noisy engine.

high cold start idle is normal.

replace the belt, check that the belt tensioner is very hard to move and has no oil inside the rubber boot on it.

check online, I think I paid around $100 for a direct fit plug in sensor.

Thanks!

Are you sure that clicking is normal? its audible even over my stereo, and i blast my music pretty loud. And it doesn't ALWAYS happen when im idling, seems to be pretty random. I had my dad look at it, and he had no idea what it could be and he used to be a mechanic for a living. Maybe i should do a little investigation.. lol

as for the o2 sensors, you probably wont be able to find them for much cheaper than what you were quoted if they have the two bolt flanges (like I suspect), and do not thread directly in. Often times a "universal" is listed but I have never seen those come flanged (from Denso, Bosch, and NTK sensors)
