help! front suspension shot.

hey every body. i have an 84 gt, its front suspension is shot and the top mounts (the one that bolts up on top of the fenders) has broke and one side sticks up about an inch into the engine bay and almost rubs on the under side of the hood while the other one leans forward. i need to replace the shocks but needing to know if i can buy new shocks from autozone and those just bolt right in or if i would have to fabricate a new coil over package. cuz i was looking at it and i dont know if i can replace the shock with out having to replace everything short of the control arm. any suggestions or tips or tricks or anything would help. thank you.
