88 All-Trac Power Window and Sunroof Issue

The other day, I rolled down the driver's side power window with no issues. As I was opening the power sunroof, it only opened halfway. I tried to get it to close or continuing opening, and no response. I thought it was just the sunroof that was not functioning but when I went to roll up the window, it also would not function. I thought it might be a relay issue but I bought a new relay and tried replacing both relays behind the left kick panel. Any suggestions?
Thanks
