94 Celica Passenger Airbag Disassembly

Hey. I'm in need of some urgent help, please.

I recently got into a car accident and I'm in the process of rebuilding my 94 celica. During the accident both of my airbags went (delayed, aha) and my passenger airbag cover shot up and broke my windshield. Before replacing my windshield I would like to get the airbag out of the situation.

I have gone as far as removing all of the hvac, glove box and I believe all of the bolts to the passenger airbag are removed but it is not coming out. There were , what I believe to be, the final four bolts which you can see the heads to from the top of the airbag enclosure. They are labeled with an L and R, two on both sides. They are flat at the top, if that helps. Upon unbolting those, the airbag still refuses to budge. I cannot locate any other bolts holding it down or that seem to be relevant.

That is really all of the information I have. I don't see why it isn't coming out. I thought maybe the threads were just catching on the plastic but I'm not so sure cause it's not giving at all.
