CRO Help!!!

I recently bought a 1991 celica GTS with 140000 on it, I drove it for 50 miles and it stopped running, I was doing alot, of research and talked to some people and they looked at it a said my fuel pump is not getting anypower. ( after testing it of course.) So i figured it must be the CRO (Circuit Relay Opener) I tested it and it clicks and the connector to it has power also. I checked the efi and the other in the fuses in the box by the engine and they all work. Does anyone have any ideas what else it may be??? Im at a complete and total loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
